Description
Tenzing – unlined wool sweater with high collar
The wilderness sweater is an unlined sweater in 100% Himalayan wool, with a high collar and a front zip so you can regulate the warmth as you move.
The wool comes exclusively from angora goat kids and lambs grazing at around 3,000 metres above sea level. The sweater is made by local craftspeople in Nepal using a combination of hand-knitting and semi-automatic production.
Does a wool sweater stay warm when it gets wet?
Wool insulates even when damp, unlike cotton and many synthetics. In his review, Michael Thorsell writes that the sweater "fit perfectly and was warm", and Jochen Hermann highlights the zip as "sturdy" — built for outdoor use.

Care: Hand wash or wool cycle, max 30°C. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry.
