What is angora goat wool and why is it special?
Angora goat wool comes from young angora goat kids and is extra soft and warm. It insulates naturally while letting your skin breathe.
Are your garments 100% wool?
Yes, we only use wool from angora goat kids and lambs – no synthetic fibres.
Are your clothes handmade?
The garments are knitted on semi-manual machines by local craftspeople in the Himalayas. Every garment is unique.
Does the wool itch?
Fibres from young animals are finer and softer than regular wool, which makes the garments comfortable even directly against the skin. We only use the softest wool from kids and lambs. Any wool can itch if you are sensitive, so we can't give any guarantees. If you are sensitive, you can choose one of our lined garments – guaranteed itch-free!
Won't I get too warm in wool?
No, wool regulates your body temperature – it warms when it's cold and breathes when it's warmer.
Does wool smell when you sweat?
No, wool doesn't absorb odours. The wool has hollow fibres, which keeps it free from odours.

Do I need to wash wool garments often?
No, usually it's enough to air the garment outdoors to freshen it up.
Can I use regular soap or detergent?
Regular detergents can damage the fibres. Always use soft soap.
How do I best store wool garments?
Store them dry and cool. Add some cedarwood or lavender to keep moths away.
Do wool clothes shrink in the wash?
Not if you follow the care instructions. Avoid water that is too hot and the tumble dryer.

How long is the delivery time?
We ship within 1–3 working days. Delivery normally takes 2–5 days within Sweden and 5–10 working days to other countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 5,000. Below that, a shipping fee applies. For other countries, the shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight of the order and is shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. The customer pays the return shipping. The item must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Can I order a gift?
Yes, enter the recipient's address at checkout. We also offer gift wrapping.
Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Yes, we ship throughout the EU. Cost and delivery time vary by country.
